"The Sands Regency Hotel-Casino" is the name of the casino property in Reno, as shown on postcard signage below. (Though still called just "Sands" Reno, informally.) The name of the parent company is "The Sands Regent" [no Inc. or Corp., just The Sands Regent]. Publicly traded -- Nasdaq: SNDS.

You can see an evolution of the property from the photo on the 1999 annual report cover, below. At the far left is the original casino and hotel tower with the plain "Sands" logo in the old style (from the original owners) on top of the buliding. At right is the newer hotel tower with the "Sands Regency" name on top.

FYI, the parent company, The Sands Regent, owned the Copa Casino in Gulfport MS. They sold it Dec 1998. Currently, they only own the Sands Regency in Reno.
