Nate, Mr. C's was a small "casino within the casino," very similar to the arrangement Paco's had with the Flamingo Hilton in the late '80s/early '90s on Sierra Street in Reno (you'll find they had the same address, too). Mr. C's had primarily slots, with only a couple of blackjack tables.
