NV Gaming Control list

I've been reviewing the quarterly Nevada Gaming Control list that shows casinos licenses by type of game. It lists various denominations of slots and table games by type. Of particular interest to me was the number of casinos offering "big table" Baccarat, which is listed separately from Mini-Baccarat in their lists.

There are only 20 casinos offering "big table" Baccarat statewide -- 18 in LV, plus 1 in Reno and 1 in Lake Tahoe.

I was surprised to see the number of big tables liscensed in the largest 6 casinos offering the game -- see first 6 on list below.
My question: Do these casinos have a significant number of tables in private rooms, outside the view of the general public? Or perhaps they store the tables most of the year, then bring them out on special high-roller occasions? It just seems that the High-Limit areas in these large casinos have far fewer tables than the counts listed.

# Tables Casino Name
29 Aria
27 Bellagio
40 Caesars Palace
25 MGM Grand
49 Venetian (with Palazzo)
48 Wynn (with Encore)

1 Aliante Station
1 Green Valley Ranch Station
6 Hard Rock
1 Las Vegas Hilton
10 Mandalay Bay
12 Mirage
5 Palace Station
1 Palms
8 Paris
8 Planet Hollywood
5 Rio
8 Treasure Island
1 Harvey's / Harrah's - Lake Tahoe
1 Boomtown - Reno

And here's a trivia question --
Along with the 176,873 slot machines and 3,204 Twenty-One tables, statewide, there are only ONE table of each of these 3 games:
Sic-Bo
Chuck-a-Luck
Crapless Craps

Can you guess where these games are played?
(The answer will be in the next post.)
