for full books to mail. I learned that the hard way. I was told that to mail matches, you must wrap them in alumimum foil, and declare to the clerk when asked that the package does contain a hazardous material, which then you'll be asked how they have been packaged, etc. I hope this helps, and I am thinking about being a member of Rathkamp as well.
