80+ started, and they paid the final 9. After 4 1/2, hours Fred and I found ourselves at the same table together, when it was down to only two tables.
Fred had a healthy looking stack and looked to be on his way to the final table.
I had a smaller stack, and took one of the worst bad beats I've had in quite some time.
Preflop, My K-K was all-in vs. Q-10 offsuit. Villain hits a Queen on the flop and a 10 on the river to send me to the rail.
Bad beats really don't bother me too much anymore..but considering the situation and when it happened, that one certainly stung a bit.
Enjoyed talking to Fred during the breaks..and listening to his harvesting techniques..
