I have seen the same thing with my Palace club chips and Carousel. I even took one to the convention and asked Sheldon what he thought it was. Because I have about 25 Palace Club chips that have the same distortion. He said it was probably a cancelation mark. Which makes sense to me because I have seen it on alot of chips already.
