Hi, Dave. Now this one brings back memories (if it's the same place). For many years David's Brass Rail was a bar near the Capitol in Sacramento. It was THE hangout for politicians and newspaper folks. I remember going in there one time on a Sunday night after work and there were six people in there, two of whom were Jerry Brown and Linda Rondstadt. David didn't have any table games, but that isn't to say there wasn't any "gaming" taking place. The place was torn down in the 1980s to make room for new developement downtown.
