I am assuming you are coming to trade and not set up a dealers table. In that case I would try to bring several duplicates for each of your traders. I usually bring three or four each, but my traders are primarily from Washington State and their demand is somewhat limited. also I have a large number of traders so the to bring more becomes a logistical problem.. In your case, more duplicates might be in order -- I know I am interested in trading for almost all your Australian chips. Look me up when you get to the convention. There are at least two "mob" (using the OZ definition -- it really does look like a herd of kangaroos hopping from table to table <G>) trading sessions, plus individuals go off to their rooms or other private areas and trade chips all day, every day.
Be prepared to have your luggage opened at the security stands. The composition of clay chips causes them to display on the x-ray machines very similarly to explosives. I usually carry my traders in plastic pages in binders and my extras in a couple of briefcases designed to hold 600 chips each. I put all these in a roll-along "Captain's Case" or "salesman's sample case" which ends up under the seat because it tends to get pretty heavy. Incidentally, the Tropicana has safes in many of their rooms that you can use to store you chips.
