... and don't forget that he will not combine the shipping charges (though he has no problem combining the items into a single envelope) AND that he mails chips in a regular mailing envelope with no padding or protection other than a 2x2 plastic baggie.
Just as a reminder, I won four chips from him, paid $17.00 in "shipping & handling" (he was previously charging $3.50 per chip, then upped it to $5) and received all four chips in a single plain envelope with 77 cents postage on it.
As time goes by, and this guy's deceptive techniques and excessive shipping charges attract more attention, my decision to give him four negative feedbacks looks better and better to me. ----- jim o\-S
