Rich the chip looks well used with a lot of scuffing and the blue color has faded in places but, the inlay is smooth, tight with no lifting what so ever. I thought it was just an artistic 10 but, it could be a "C". Like $100? Does it look like a foreign denomination? It's a square edged chip.
