This guy is Ripe!! If there ever was a "CAVEAT EMPTOR" this guy is it. Nothing he sells is apparentally what you would think at first reading. All his auctions are the same. He use "AS Close to" and other words to side step reality. Maybe the RIO chip is just the scan. I can't read anywhere where he says he'll send the chip!! Plus I haven't seen yet a "ONE-SIDED" CHip. ;-) He falls, I would think, Under "questionable" at best!!
