A rare $5 RIO Casino chip, issued to celebrate the Millenium New Year - December 31, 1999/January 1, 2000. I’m selling this one for a friend who was there for the Streisand Concert and, afterwards, went to the Rio Casino to try his luck. He says that even THAT night they were fighting to get these!
