Sure seems like there are more than 44 casinos in this state. Maybe they were talking about just Western Washington? Here are some OBS chips from La Center. Timmen's Landing sat on the property that the Palace is on now. The Palace and the Double Down have the same owner.
The last time I was there, the white Palace chip, that was used in poker, are pretty much gone. The Last Frontier, I put up the old and new chips.
