I don't know about the AC or CT chips, but the Hard Rock & Palms chips have mostly been getting only face value. I played at the Hard Rock Wednesday & Thursday & was amazed at the amount of older chips that were in play & in great condition. Since the prices got so low on the HRH chips, many collectors / dealers have turned them back in.
