These are Whist Markers, Travis. They come in a set of 4. You are missing
the "Triple." Originally there was probably a paper label on the blank side with a card pip, one each of club, diamond, heart & spade and are called trump indicators. You knew this, didn't you, Trav? The hand-painted TI's also have
the four numbers on the reverse, simple (one), double, triple & quad.
