Larry's post: "Unfortunately, eBay's rules favor dshron"

I was under the understanding that ebay would require the bidder that retraced for no reason to be responsible for the bid. I can't understand why I should be responsible to sell in an auction like this. They should make chezparee's bid stand or relist the auction in my opinion. I don't know what the facts will dictate.
