I have one like yours and a red one. I also have a postcard and an ashtray.
Both have the same logo as the chip and an address of French Lick, In.

Pluto was the brand name of a spring water that was made in French Lick.
I'm not sure if the chips were a promotional poker set or if there was gaming
there. We DO know for sure that there was gambling in French Lick and West Baden at that time.
