At the start of the article they say........

"the fire accidentally started in the resort's deli"

Then near the end of the article they mention the Las Vegas Hilton fire which happened on Feb. 10th, 1981 a little less than 3 months after the MGM fire. They wrote about the Hilton fire that.........

"Philip Cline, a then 23-year-old Hilton busboy, was convicted of setting the fire. He is serving eight life terms without parole plus 15 years for arson."

There are MANY people who believe that Cline also set the MGM fire as he worked in the MGM Deli at one time where the fire started among other things.............Andy - Las Vegas
