In NV it is against gaming regs for the cage to exchange foreign chips.
Foreign chips can only be exchanged on the tables for play or in the slot dept for slot tokens.

Some cages will do it anyhow, some will even give you cash for them, another no no.

The use for the system is in the pit. At this time most pits have to call the cage for verfication.
