I had to do this just once before I die! I took a $1600 hit on the first hand that I played folding JJ on the river to an ALL IN bet showing his pocket AA. I went into survival mode and I was UP down UP down UP down but after 6 hours and 4 table changes I am OUT! I survived 8 ALL INs but I got busted with AK four times and my final hand AKc was busted by 222. There were over 3000 players and I checked at the desk when I left there were about 2000 players left. Doug Deems had about 8k and was still playing when I left the Rio. I saw Don Logerwell in the Casino and he said he got knocked out too. Don said he was heading back to Washington and not staying for the convention.
