Gift payments DO have fees if..
In Response To: Gift payments have NO fees ()

There are no gift fees when sent within the U.S. When I send a 'Gift' payment from Canada, they do charge me a fee. I don't remember the exact amount but it is a percentage of the gift $$$. Still works out better than sending a payment by regular mail as the postage would usually cost more and pp gift is faster.
