I get the same attempt to load the HP program, Sheldon. It trys about once a week. I spent some time with customer support when I first got my laptop early this year and the guy eventually gave up and said I would have to reload everything from the Windows CD if I wanted this function. I don't really know what it is so I've decided to ignore it as well. I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64.
