After Rich mentioned that he'd like to have access to his Crest and Seal website even when he isn't connected to the web I tried it on my Apple iPad. There is an application program called iSaveWebLite that will do just that. You can use it to store each page of the web site on your mobile reader and all the links between web pages will be retained. You can use it just as if you are on-line even if there is no hotspot nearby. All the clicks to enlarge a chip still work and you have the iPad's "pinch" capability to enlarge a chip as big as you like.
I have copied the Nevada C&S chips to my ipad (6 pages) and will do the rest if I have time before the Convention. Will be very handy and the copying goes fast; you just have to visit each page with links and tell the program to save it.
Amazing site, Rich, and it's great to have it available when you're moving around. There's probably a utility that will let you do the off-line thing with a PC but I haven't seen it.
