confuse others, that web page is open and available to everyone (and everyone is encourgaed) to upload any and all chips (strikes and cards/keys) released in 2010, as eligible candidates for OTY Nomination. No guarantee that posting there will make any item on the "OTY list" only that they are eligible for nomination when Januray 1st, 2011 rolls around and we do the 2010 OTYs.
