That is a fairly nice example of a gutter fold, and the note is in good shape. The more pronounced the error and better condition of the note drives the value up. A gutter fold is a fairly common error in printing and does not command a price quite so high. An easy verification is to simply look at eBay. What Ron has said is correct. You will see gutter notes with higher prices but you will also see NO bids on them either.
But, someone who has $150 and HAS TO HAVE IT, just might buy it (if he doesn’t look at eBay first). GOOD LUCK!
