I recently picked up 2 sets (not autographed) for $60 ea. Dice702 has the set for sale for for $195 (autographed).
1 set of the non autographed sold on ebay within the last 14 days for $43 and 3 sets went unsold and no bids with a start price of $88-$99.

Given the current availability and recent sales or lack there of, it would be difficult to put a $225 value on the set.

I have valued mine at $125.

All of the single chips from this set brought have been bringing $30+ individually.

It is a cool set and the color pallet for the chips is way outside of the norm for Hard Rock.
