Murder with a deadly weapon is one of the charges?...umm, Who the hell came up with this charge? Wouldn't the fact that you COULD commit murder with a weapon be the reason that it's considered DEADLY?

Also, if I were a betting man...wait, I am...I'd put my money on an out of court settlement for an undisclosed amount. Harrah's doesn't want this kind of publicity and the plaintiff's lawyer knows this and that's why he's playing on the "regard for safety of guests" thing.

Just my opinion, but I personally think that your everyday "Joe" would tend to agree when it comes to security approaching the suspects in a more secluded area than on the casino floor. That's the reason I think Harrah's will settle, they will have to look at the fact that it's going to be a jury trial and they're going to have a jury of those everyday "Joe's" making the decision.

But then again, who knows what the hell Harrah's is going to do?
