Sorry to hear that the foreclosure went thru. The gov't has a program to help people in your situation and it just has not worked at all. It sounds like you know the details of your possible eviction but laws are different in each state. Here in TN we have to go to court just to get the eviction order and that takes a month to just get a court date. If the bank wins then the former owner has 10 days to move after which the sherrif is involved with the actual eviction. The whole process is normally about 2 months. At least you now have a place to go and a great attitude about the whole situation. Best of luck to you and hope to see you around in the future.
