I have no idea why the Golden Eagle put No Cash Value on their chips, but I think it is interesting to note that some of the chips have the warning, and the others don't. Which ones are the current chips?

The Horton tribe probably felt sorry for this big guy in a plaid shirt that kept taking their roulette chips. He can't turn them in, but what other reason could he possibly have for taking them?
