I was at Luxor this past weekend. I was getting the new wincards (which are only available from the cage) and asked for 2 or 3 of the new chips. Once I explained what I was looking for (he thought they all looked the same) then he grabbed me two or three, plus let me pick the wincard chips I wanted (the 8 suit mold) and he made a toke. I guess like all things, your mileage may vary.
