Jim, the Clark County Museum chip was sold in the Museum's gift shop. They made them for 2 years -- the 2000 you show and a 1999, I think.
The A+ chip is likely an advertising chip for some business, though I haven't seen it before.
All the others you show in the pic were available at Paulson's store.
