Red Cliff Etc. as mentioned above. Greg has them in his database of WI casinos. Over the years I have found some more of the 50c blue and it looks like the 50c rust is also equally uncommon. Some $25 have been sold by an individual in northern WI. (I don't have one)

The original data on the 50c blue was that only 200 were produced because the rust were lost in shipment. When the rust were found, they were used and the blue went into the vault.
