In looking at a slot machine like this, indications are that it is an older machine and I know it to be refurbished. What I would like to know (or read comments to) is did the "refurbishment" cause the machine to take on this Golden Nugget theme, or did the Golden Nugget actually have machines like this and the refurbishment just polished up the older Golden Nugget identity?
