I've seen your frustration vented here on the chipboard many times over the years when you've experienced similar situations. In my opinion, you certainly aren't doing it for the money, but rather to follow through with your service to your loyal customers. Even though I don't collect LEs, and I am not one of those customers, I just thought I'd mention my observation.
