I hear that there was someone on CNN (Burden of Proof) this morning who said that there were 15,000 spoiled ballots in 1996. There were 19,000 this week and the additional might be attributable to increased voter turnout.
I'm watching a press conference and a Bush strategist held up a copy of a butterfly ballot used in Illinois. How will Daley explain that????
