South Carolina passed the lottery, NOT North Carolina. North Carolina is full of "Southern Baptist" who beleive gambling will lead straight to Hades. (Of course they have no problem going to Virgina,Georgia and now South Carolina for lottery tickets as long as no one wiil see them.) Charlotte,NC
