I was storing my dice on a 1/4 round molding wall display I had. I decided to put them in medicine bottles. When I would open the bottles I got the dreaded vinegar smell, so I removed the dice and now have each pair in an ashtray to keep them separate.

While I have old dice that have imploded etc. Does anyone think being in the air tite bottles helped them disintegrate faster. I am undecided if I want to continue collecting dice or start selling my good dice. Or maybe just start trying to replace the ones imploding.

Anyone have a safe dice storage idea?
