I consider myself very knowledgeable on casino playing cards. Special cards and logos that were used for casinos (gaming purposes) did not start appearing until the late 1950's and they were few and far between at that time, through the 1960's as some of these clubs started to grow you started seeing more logo'd playing cards. Harrah's did not have a logo'd deck until 1970 (below is a picture of the first style of Harrah's cards, this design changed after 6 months and rid the detail scroll work around the logo)
The Reno Club did have casino games from 1931 to 1934 after 1934 it was a Tango (Bingo) Parlor. Bill Harrah operated out of that location for a while during World War II, before he lost the lease back to the original owner in 1947. The original owners were of Japanese decent.
As for the Club Reno brand cards... They are somewhat collectible, but they are not attributed to any casino. The most sought after Arrco playing cards seem to be the "Tahoe" brand cards.
