For Yaamava, Highland, CA (formerly the San Manuel), I actually received 5 cases of playing cards from the San Manuel (that's 720 decks for free). There's a longer story here and I plan to include this in a future article for the CAA Magazine. Stay tuned...

For Desert Diamond, Arizona, they did not respond to the letter in the late 90's .

I do have over 150 letters and hope folks enjoy reading the varied responses from casinos.
