Here's the situation
Mailed 4 chips in large bubble mailer to UK two weeks ago
Price was $20. Going to mail one chip to UK in small bubble mailer
Clerk quoted $17
85. Fine. Brought it to another Post office and got a price of $25.
00. I told the clerk I mailed the large bubble mailer with her and she charged me $20. She changed the cost to $20. So what's going on
