The larger the wagering, the more money the casino expects to take in. Individual results generally don't matter. It's the big picture. Encourage bettors to bet more. This rule makes people think that the casino only values them if they lose and creates a bad taste in people's mouth. In a place like Foxwoods where you aren't likely to take off for a better alternative, they can get away with it, but in larger casino localities like AC, LV, etc., it seems short sighted.
