Generally speaking..when a casino issues comps to a player’s card member, does the casino look at EXPECTED LOSS, ie. the total $ amount wagered or do they look at ACTUAL WIN/LOSS and base comps off that? Ie. Giving better comps to losing players.
I have heard that many casinos used to base comps strictly by expected loss numbers, but now more and more casinos are basing comps off actual win/loss. The Wynn casino in Las Vegas being a prime example of this.
