6/6/23 is over a year ago, I believe around the time when you were taking images from PokerChipper.com under an assumed name signed up as Jimmy Renner and then posting the images in the guide under the name of J Renner. You know when you were threatening people like Oscar with DMCA's for doing the exact same things. Do we really have to rehash that whole episode? Because I have all the receipts proving your deceptive behavior.

The data was preserved as there was worry that you would "Take the guide down" or mess with it somehow. (Not my words).

There was no complaints of slow service then or attacks on the board, but now a year later you feel that all your deception is forgotten and come with a wild claim that I would "attack" the guide?

I've done nothing but help the club and ask nothing in return, and I will continue to do so as I believe the club is an important resource for the club. If you continue to make unfounded claims that I would attack a site of the club like the chip guide, which belongs to the club, NOT YOU PERSONALLY, I will certainly take action against you sir beyond an ethics complaint. For you to attack my character with these unfounded accusations is ridiculous not to mention slanderous.

I request immediately that you stop making false claims about me or my website and please take note that your ban from PCDC for unethical behavior is back in place permanently.
