I will send you all the necessary info by the middle of August. Your Table assignment is #37. I spoke to Sharona at the CCA Show and mentioned I would think it would be a great idea to sell some of the date-sensitive promotional items that will be dated for next year's show. A reminder that the table has the same restrictions that the SNCCC had in which you are only allowed to sell memberships and club-related promotional items. Political endeavors would not be allowed. I will need the names of your helpers and volunteers working the table by mid-August.

I also trust you will help us with the setup on Wed / Thur like last year
