We've kicked this around before. The artwork on the chip is a view from the west side of Lake Como in Italy. A view from the Menaggio or Tremezzo areas looking across toward Bellagio. I'm guessin there was some sort of Casino group or company that operated in that area back in the day. I would have no clue as to what the letters or abbreviation on the chip is. I see listings of this chip from Panama. I have no idea where that idea came from. I guess on ebay you can describe an item as anything you want. There are no accuracy police there.
