The short answer is, you probably somehow saved the wrong value in your browser cache.
The long answer is that you need to delete the cookies and other saved settings for the chipboard from your browser’s cache. if I remember correctly, you use Google Chrome and I think it doesn’t allow you to delete that saved information for specific websites. You have to clear the entire browser cache, unfortunately.
I’m going to give you some generic advice below. If you can’t figure it out from that, call me on Monday and I will work with you to log into your computer remotely and take care of it for you. Unfortunately I am busy today and tomorrow and only have my phone, not my computer, handy.
So, in chrome, click the 3 dots in the upper right to open the settings drop down menu, then click “Delete Browsing Data”. You should get a pop-up window. Uncheck “browsing history” and uncheck “cached images and files”. The only checkbox that should be checked is for “cookies and other site data”. Once you click the delete data button at the bottom, all cookies, usernames, passwords, and certain other data will be wiped from your browser, which will force you to have to log back in to websites that you had already memorized the usernames and passwords for. Kind of a pain, but it should take care of the issue you are complaining about.
Let me know how that goes, or give me a call on Monday. I’m pretty sure you have my number.
