a "Volunteer Appreciation" Chip.
The CCA Board both appreciates and cherishes it's Volunteers! Both our year-round Volunteers and Convention Volunteers. As is customary, on Saturday evening, the final day of the Convention, the Board offers a Volunteer Reception where all Volunteers attending the Convention are invited to attend. At the Reception, the Board passes out a "Volunteer Appreciation" chip to attendees, but also makes the chip available to Conventioneers that had to leave early, or could not attend the Convention. If you are a Volunteer who did not receive this token of our appreciation, please email me at vicepresident@ccgtcc.com to coordinate sending you a chip.
The chip is an oversized round, designed by Kevin Norris for the CCA. Both sides are shown here.
This announcement has also been posted on the CCA's Forum.
