Dennis, you are misinterpreting it.
You can't 'set up shop' and sell or 'pre-arrange' future sales in the trade sessions.

As far as completing sales that were arranged prior to the convention you can do as you like. I've got around a dozen such sales of my own to hand over and collect the $$ for.
