These bags were filled with $6.50 worth of nickles by the
house and wrapped with a rubber band. When you hit a
$7.50 jackpot on a nickle machine it dropped 20 coins and
the attendant gave you the bag with the balance the idea
being to play them back. If you cashed it in the cashier would
give the bag a little heft and pay you $6.50. Believe me
they could tell if it was light. I snuck a few out one time and
she dumped the bag into a counter a gave me the correct
amount.
