I own the stock certificate by which Benny Binion transferred controlling interest in Eldorado Inc (then corporate owner of Binion's) to Joe W Brown before Binion entered prison for tax evasion.

The fact that Brown endorsed the certificate for transfer in blank demonstrates that it was a sham transaction.
